Knitty Gritty Yarns is committed to year-round charity initiatives to supply yarn for crafters to make items for their communities as well as being a collection/distribution point for finished items for those in need. They have supported library and public school crafting programs and have provided finished objects to schools, nursing homes and domestic violence shelters.
