Follow this self-guided summer-long tour centered around yarn and fiber. Explore new shops, visit working fiber farms and find your new favorite fibery spaces across New York State!
From May 1 to October 31, 2026 visit as many participating shops, fiber farms and studios along the trail as you can.
Pick up a passport at your first stop and have it stamped at every member shop you visit! At the end of the season, send a photo of your stamped passport in for a chance to win some great prizes!
New for this year: the official 2026 NY Fiber Trail tote bag is now available on the Hudson Valley Textile Project’s website. Designed especially for this year’s Trail, it’s a perfect companion for your passport and yarn finds. Collect it to remember the 2026 season.
