We are a farm distillery with a tasting room & farm store highlighting New York State products ranging from wine and spirits to meat, dairy and pantry items as well as handmade crafts.

We grow our own grain – organically and with regenerative principles – for the spirits we produce at our onsite distillery. We raise chickens and ducks for eggs and meat and we have a small flock of Fine Fleece Shetland Sheep for fiber.
